Would've had a question for the drive thru window guy, but he got the info he needed, (name the order was under), then presented the food with a "have a nice night" proceeding to shut the window before I had a chance

The lights are turned off at 10:50pm this location closes at 12am. This gives the impression that the store is closed. In addition it takes over 30 seconds to be greeted at the speaker with no customers in sight. I can imagine customers driving away due to the appearance of being closed and the delay of service at the speaker. The team treats the customers like a inconvenience.
