Well I did the drive thru and fortunately the food remained hot until I got home which was great. Loved my chicken sandwich and the fries were delicious too. Very crispy on both.
Hi, I just would like to comment from an incident on Tuesday mid morning around 11 am or so, with another customer as I was waiting for my order the customer who was rude and disrespectful to a manager named Euvonne Q. I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes on February 10, 2026 around noon. I placed and paid for my order, but there was an issue in the system. When I showed the manager, Erica, that the order had gone through and was paid for, she responded by yelling at me instead of being solution-focused.
