Ordered through Popeyes app and when we went to pick up order not even 10 minutes later the told us they did not have an order under my name. I asked them if we could show our receipt at the window. They said no and to contact doordash support. We did not order through doordash and tried telling them this. They started yelling at us that they can't do anything because they gave my order to someone else.

I had the worst experience here and I'm actually traumatized. They didn't give me my food that I paid for and it ended with the police being called on the manager for verbally assaulting me. The police told me this is common for this location. Currently exploring legal recourse.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! poor customer service, poor management, poor quality of food and old food. I ordered red beans and rice it was spoiled and old and please don’t get me started on the mashed potatoes and gravy! Popeyes be for real yall added water to that nasty gravy it wasn’t even brown! The chicken was old i asked if they could switch a piece out for me and they acted like they didn’t want to drop fresh chicken. Chicken was stale tasting. Mac and cheese was blah. Biscuit could have been used as a cornerstone for the building it was so hard. Drive through employee was dismissive and unpleasant. Won’t be back.
