I placed a mobile order for 3 spicy legs. I confirmed my order at pickup because of past experiences. Then I was told they were out of spicy so they gave me thighs. They gave me what they wanted me to have and that wasn’t right. I was told it would be 15 minutes on spicy. They had time to prepare my order before I got there. I placed my order while I was in Palm harbor. It was already packaged when I got there and I was told that the manager told them to give me the thighs. Shay was amazing, give this girl a raise
I am 9 months pregnant and got a craving for spicy chicken strips so I went to Popeyes but had an issue with my food it wasn’t what I ordered and a lady that works in the kitchen was giving me a hard time but the cashier and manager were very friendly and helpful and just wanted to make everything better they ended up making all our food fresh it was very good and also gave me my money back. Thank you for making everything better!!
