Very disappointing experience at this Popeyes in Waukegan. The staff has a bad attitude, and the customer service is terrible. On top of that, the chicken was served cold. Customers pay for fresh, hot food and respectful service, and unfortunately, neither was provided during my visit. Management really needs to address these issues.
