The wild pepper chicken was awful, tasted like onion rings and I really hate onions. Also, didn't get the sauce. Received cocktail sauce instead of sauce that goes with wild pepper. Also ordered fantasy shrimp and 3 of them were barely more than a tail.
The worst fast food experience EVER! I have never had a good experience here but today was ridiculous. Attitudes must be a job requirement here as well as illiteracy! I have to order the food then ask you two more times for every single thing I ordered. Got the money and forgot all about the other half of your job! No one will answer the phone to address customer issues AND THE MAILBOX IS FULL! GUESS WE SHOULD ALL FIND A NEW CHICKEN SPOT TO GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO!
They had some really good food, and great friendly employees, would definitely go again
the cook of the store about 4;15 came out and told us the crawfish was froze solid and that we could not have crawfish but the manager Stephanie came out and ask us if we were going to wait.We told her we drove about 20 miles and that was what I really wanted She told me to give her a little time she would have it for me She was very professenal and polite through the whole thing Because of Her attitude We will be back very soon This store is in Harrisburg Pa
