If you do not have a rewards card, they don't take your order. I tried to order then was asked if I was a rewards member and when I said I wasn't they told me to wait. Eventually I got the hint and left
I visited with my mother and grandmother. The service was great! The staff was very kind and the food was great. My grandmother and I each ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and they were huge! My mom order the tenders. We also ordered a family meal (16 tenders) to go for dinner. We don't live close (approximately 45 minutes away) so it was nice to have every be so good. Extra points for staff not being stingy with sauces. Blackened ranch and sweet heat are the GOATS.
I got their new fish sandwich and was underwhelmed. I thought it would be good because their shrimp and chicken are but it wasn't. It was soggy and had no tartar sauce on it.
Good food with very very fast service. Would recommend for a snack or quick meal.
