Went there tonight and waited in line for over an hour for my sandwich and wings! They skipped my order number and when I told them they said they didn't have my order? Then they proceeded to make 7 more orders before making mine. Terrible experience hopefully it's not always like that
Love this Popeyes, because it is very good, very clean, the staff is very friendly and quick and they know me by looks (not by name), because I go there 2 or 3 times a week.
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience here today (10/17/2025). I waited 35 minutes just for a classic bacon chicken sandwich, 6 pieces of wings, and a drink - and the service was beyond terrible. The employee, a black male wearing black clothes and glasses(possibly a supervisor), was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's a good Popeyes location and they're reasonably quick and are friendly. I'm leaving this review hoping the feedback gets to whoever loads the options into door dash. There is SO MUCH missing from door dash. My 5 year old son wanted chicken tenders. They have removed the normal chicken tenders from door dash, and your only options are blackened or spicy. I know there's a third option! Also it's missing some of the sides and any ability to request certain parts of the chicken, all of which are possible in person. It's not ... read more
