Waited about 20 minutes. Never got my order.
I got the wrong stuff. I asked for a sandwich, 1 wrap, and one cheesecake. I thought that would be hard to mess up but after waiting almost a hour in a line and 20 minutes in a parking spot for my order they gave me 2 wraps and one sandwich. I go into my bag to get receipt and then remember. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ME ONE. There’s no receipt in the bag either. This is the second time I have ordered from this establishment (first time was via Doordash) and the service was terrible. The Dasher waited 10 minutes (15 minutes after ordering) and claimed he was ignored so left. The second Dasher was told the receipt was thrown away and after some insistence, got my order afer 40+ minutes without a receipt. At that, it was the wrong type of chicken. I went through the drive-through and Aiden was extremely fast, friendly and professional. He displayed exceptional customer service.
Waited 58 minutes to get my food that I ordered and was still missing items. After waiting 30 minutes a gentleman walked out to my car asked what i was waiting on. I handed him my receipt and he went back inside. After another 20 minutes I walked inside to check on my order.
