Wish I could give less than 1 star. Atlanta airport’s Popeyes in concourse B should be avoided at all costs. Customer service was absolutely horrendous, the female manager specifically. Spent $8 on a water bottle and a sweet tea, I asked for a cup of ice to keep my water chilled and was told I needed to pay for a cup of ice even though I had just bought two meals and two drinks. Reasonably priced for the airport and relatively quick service and friendly staff. No fries were available for some reason but the chicken was freshly cooked and juicy.
Kiosk not working correctly,staff sweeping floor then go directly to get food with out gloves or washing hands staff asked by a different customer what was taking so long they were ignored and the staff talked among themselves saying “they just gunna have to wait “ staff yelling customers!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Never again.
Consistent supply chain issues - they regularly can't fulfill a sandwich order. This location takes the cake for maximum staff apathy. The staff just... Disappear when the location gets busy. Avoid if you can. It's fine in a pinch.... I guess.
