DeMario gave me the Best Customer Service today. My meal fresh, hot, & delicious. This coming from a person who doesn't eat fried chicken too often. When I return back at this location, I will call to see if you are working DeMario. And again, thank you for my meal & exceptional customer service.
I order from DoorDash they send all my items, I order again & tried contacting them to correct that order. Phone just rings from 10mins straight piss poor location.
I had a small issue with my delivery order. I called and spoke with a representative named Demari, who was funny yet polite. He informed me that I could come in to have my order remade without any problem. When I visited a couple of days later, Shaun and the crew took excellent care of me. This is the first Popeyes I've been to in a long time that had fresh, quality food along with great customer service. I will definitely be returning.
When I say the staff here took care of us, baby they took CARE OF US! We flew in from Dallas and after landing, getting checked in to the hotel, and getting over 50 kids settled, our options for food was slim, being it was late. All we knew was that we did not want pizza. Although the lobby was closed, after attempting to place such a huge order through the drive thru, they thought it be best we come inside.
