They just don’t have a good system for mobile and delivery orders. You gotta stand there for 10 minutes until somebody asks if you’ve been helped yet. They seem to only care about drive thru
Placed a mobile pickup order and waited at home before coming up the street. Went inside first—service was extremely slow—then tried the drive-thru. Gave my name and was told the order would be ready once I drove around. Ten minutes later, still waiting with no update. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, but this location doesn’t seem to prioritize or manage paid orders at all. No communication, no urgency, no accountability. Very disappointing experience.
Great experience on the West End!!! Hot a fresh and tasty and courteous service.
