I had a terrible experience at this establishment. It took over an hour to get our order, even though we ordered online, we were in the restaurant to ask why the app wouldn't accept a coupon. Disappointed to find out you have to buy 6 wings only to get 6 free (even though we had ordered 18 wings!) We watched at least 8 people get there food while we literally sat there and hout! I don’t even know where to begin. Pulled up and went to use the restroom first only to be told the water doesn’t work so you can’t wash your hands. Went outside to get hand sanitizer and an employee is in his car smoking pot. Ordered a five piece chicken dinner all legs and got a mix of white and dark meet. Place didn't even have fries on a Monday afternoon and the cashier was rude
Tried making an Uber Eats order to this place, had 4 drivers go and not pick up anything. One driver told me they didn't have an order by my name (even though me and 4 drivers CLEARLY SAW my order. So that's not necessarily Popeye's fault as the printer could have run out of paper when it processed, but the most annoying part is I tried calling them and immediately get a voice message telling me their inbox is full and immediately hangs up. Never open on time! No sign on locked dining room door so there for it’s inconvenient to get out and check! Could care less about door dash and they are the slowest restaurant in town! I avoid this terribly run restaurant at all costs!
