Ordered online. Went to the drive thru and was told to pull ahead and wait. 40 minutes later my daughter went into check on it and the food was sitting on the counter. No one bothered to bring it out to us. Never again.
Went through drive thru.... Hardly any wait time.... Everything was what it was supposed to be and pretty good.... And the lady at the window was great ... She was thoughtful and helpful..... She knew things I forgot and may have wanted and reminded me of them ... Very nice and perceptive person.... Wood recommend this place as well...
Food is great but service sucks! In the drive through right now with 5 other cats pulled up in parking spaces waiting on food. Every time I come there is a wait! Turns a quick trip for dinner into an hr trip & i have to go to work! 2 years later I just sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes for 6 wings. This will be my last time coming here for atleast a year. I can go across the parking lot & yet hibachi for same price & have it ready by the time I get there & better food. & obviously reading the comments no one cares to fix ... read more
