Food is great but service sucks! In the drive through right now with 5 other cats pulled up in parking spaces waiting on food. Every time I come there is a wait! Turns a quick trip for dinner into an hr trip & i have to go to work! 2 years later I just sit in the drive thru for 40 minutes for 6 wings. This will be my last time coming here for atleast a year. I can go across the parking lot & yet hibachi for same price & have it ready by the time I get there & better food. & obviously reading the comments no one cares to fix ... read more
Placed an order throught the app for immediate pickup. Drove 15 minutes to the location, only to have to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Also, I was the only customer picking up an order. Drive 15 minutes back home only to find my order was half incorrect. But I guess getting half the order right is acceptable, to the store at least.
Quality of food is very poor at this location. I’ve eaten here twice now. First time was a year ago, and my food was cold, like it’d been sittin out all day (not fresh). Said to myself, “I’ll not be eating at this Popeye’”s again”. A year later… The company I have over wants Popeye’s for lunch. So I go get Popeyes. And damnit—I knew better. Never again. 🥴👎🏻
Ordered online had a time given to pick up our order. Got there a few min after we were told to pick it up, and it wasn't even ready. Had to wait for 30 min, and nobody explained to us why. Once we got our food, we heard over the drive-through speaker that they were out of chicken for at least 25/30 min. Plus, the workers on the day we went all sorta had dull moods and didn't feel very welcoming. Hopefully, they get better
Placed an order on the app at 6:10. Drove 10 mins to restaurant. Drive thru was backed up. Get to speaker told them I had a mobile order was told to pull around. Arrived at window waited 10 mins then was told to pull up was waiting on chicken to finish cooking would only be 3-5 mins. They were busy so I waited another 15 mins after pulling up. I had to go in to get my order. They left off an order of fries and no utensils to eat with. All total from time I place order until I got everything it was 45 mins. Totally unacceptab... read more
