My order was completely messed up, and when told to wait for the manager, she never showed up. Barely any workers which leaves the workers that do show up to do all the work by theirselves. This place needs a new manager because the manager cannot keep this place in tact
where do i start, this place is simply just awful. the manager is extremely lazy, unprofessional, and rude. the food is always cold and dry and i have literally seen roaches crawling around while ordering. they treat their employees & customers like garbage and this store should no longer exist.

Popeyes forgot all four fountain drinks in my family order. I first thought it was the Door Dash driver, and was ready to be banned, but figured I’d call the establishment first. When I called, they told me I could come in anytime for a free item. I said, “Great—make it four, since it was four drinks.” They said no. They double charged me for an online order and the manager claimed she could not refund, then proceeded to hang up on me. Extremely disrespectful. The owner needs to get in touch and take accountability for terrible management
