The lady at the window “manager” has a horrible attitude. This is my second time coming and her telling me she ain’t hear my order when I tell her I’m missing something and she is so nasty. Definitely need better workers!!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Popeyes. The customer service was unprofessional and the employees were more concerned with socializing with their coworkers in the parking lot than helping customers. The girl with the red braids was particularly rude and lacked professionalism. She repeatedly said “uh huh” while I was ordering, making it clear she was annoyed to be working on a Saturday. Whoever was there tonight definitely tried to tell me how long my wings needed to be cooked for... 10 mins and I asked for an additional 5 mins added on due to pass issues! I will definitely not be going back to this location! The wings weren't even cooked yet and I was willing to wait and tip the staff! If you have the patience to argue with staff on how long you want your food that you're paying for, then go right ahead! Maybe a different shift is better!
Lately their food has not been good. Overcooked re-dropped they're giving people burnt biscuits. I've gotten spoiled or outdated rice. Red beans and rice was spoiled. Call back. They pick up the phone and then didn't say anything. Just let the phone sit they need help more people or something because their service is not as well as it used to be and the people that are in there don't care and they're just handing out anything. Orders are wrong on overcooked spoil that's not right
