I didn't get what I asked for and all the food wasn't fresh. Example Shrimp looked like it been done awhile and I asked for honey barbecue chicken and they have me hot wings with the barbecue on top of them but I was already home when I opened bag and seen and tasted problems. Now for the shrimp that was told to a employee but they just started shift and nothing was done
I’ll admit i had a semi big order but it is lunch time and i was picking up for my work as well. The cashier at the window did not seem like she wanted to be there or take my order. I felt like i was being rushed and an attitude was given for how much i got (which was not a lot). I asked for a receipt because i just had a feeling to grab it – found out i was missing some items. The restaurant was dirty, all you heard was the machine beeping, rap music blaring in the back to the point that the person who answered the phone couldn’t even hear on the line. The employees were cussing and complaining about customers. Food was terrible. It tasted like old grease, half filled containers of sides, and biscuits you could break a window with. Disgusting! Most unprofessional group of employees.
