Im changing my 2-star to a 5-star because, for awhile now, things have gotten significantly better, the owner of the restaurant stepped in and corrected a bunch of issues, this popeyes is doing much better now and I haven't really had any problems since.
Have been here a handful of times and each time my order is either missing something or not the right item. Went to file a complaint online and was told to upload photos of missing/wrong items. Photo was uploaded and then I was told the photo was not taken by me.
I just got ripped off for a lunch they could not serve. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal via the mobile app. Got to the window and was told they could not serve for at least another hour since their morning manager did not come to work. This was at 11:00am. I said I already paid and the working said to cancel the order in the app and closed the drive through window. The app does not have a cancel option. I tried to "report a problem" with my order but later got an email saying they could not refund my money because their syst... read more
