I believe that the workers are taught to have attitude when they go through training because every time I come to Popeyes, I’m greeted with attitude. It’s not only the attitude but they messed up my order and got mad that I came back. I am done with Popeyes.
Avoid this place if you want to get the limited time Hot Ones, I have gone here 4 times and 3 out of four times they don't even put the special seasoning on the chicken (essentially paying a premium for plain chicken), or they put buffalo seasoning which is not right at all.

Usually the place isn't bad but this time they made me come inside to get my mobile order. A lot of people have kids and a whole nightmare in the car, but a picky family, so ordering in the app is helpful but being made to come in makes no sense! If I place my order at 2:55 it should be made before the person in the drive thru who places there order at 3:05. So when I pull up i cant be slowing down the people behind me! Have been coming more than once a week for years but will be stopping if this is the new normal
