I initially posted this under the wrong Popeyes. The correct Popeyes is FLAT ROCK ROAD. INCIDENT: 9/28/25 @ 11:26 AM I’m just getting home preparing to eat and to my surprise I see what I think is a NAIL TIP cooked in my macaroni. A designed NAIL TIP. I’m so glad it was my initial scoop so I didn’t eat any before seeing it. That’s disgusting. I knew I should’ve left after seeing the 83 score posted in the window. Don’t have to worry about me coming again.
Well I stopped going here for months because the service and attitude of the employees is the worst in Columbus. I ordered 30 minutes ago and still waiting for these lazy employees to give me my food. This place apparently has zero Mayans needs to close down. Absolutely ridiculous!! Won’t be back this time for certain.
Waited an hour in the restaurant for my online order which was just a chicken sandwich and 2 sides. The employees were super rude. One in specific yelled at my girlfriend as we walked out because she said finally when we got our food. People that ordered 30 minutes after us got their food before us. Mediocre food at best. Would recommend any restaurant in the area besides this location.
Absolutely awful customer service. Very rude waited 50 minutes for one order. If you want respectful service and good food don’t go here. Rating was an 82.
