This is my 3rd time visiting this establishment. I've spent too much to keep missing food or treated like it's a problem to serve me properly. Management has a very rude and unprofessional way of treating customers. Only one employee was respectful and she was working Drive thru. Tall young lady with dreads, read a check correctly just for the manager and the cook to make the check wrong still missing chicken. Very disappointing. Service was extremely slow and employees don't seem friendly at all, don't seem to care. All customers that were there were having to wait a long time for their orders. The man who was there before us waited about 25 minutes for his food. I tried to submit a survey at the site listed on the receipt, but could not get the access code to work. I couldn’t rate any of the above items, because we never got to order. My grandson and I visited today, 8/1/26 at approximately 2:15. There was one person waiting on her order. No cars in the drive thru. No other customers. There seemed to be about 4-5 employees behind the counter.
