Waited 20 min for a mobile order that said it was already for pick up
Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru after I paid! The 4 cars behind me all got their food before me, and all I ordered was a 3 piece combo and a 5 piece combo.
I came to see if anyone had ever had a positive experience… We have tried five times in the last two years and it’s disappointing every time. They forgot an item, something is wrong by the time we get home and the wait is crazy… nearly every time! The staff isn’t rude and what makes it home is usually good but shut the entire place down for retraining.
