Horrible. Spent 25 dollars and the fries were atleast an hour old, very cold. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and only got 4 tenders in the box, the tenders were not seasoned thoroughly. Overall the worst experience I've had with any fast food chain.
On 12/24/25 I placed an online order and waited over 50 minutes for it to be filled while watching other customers place and receive their orders. Management was very rude and seemed irritated that I would not cancel my order and take a refund after waiting nearly an hour. Instead of resolving the issues professionally regarding App Orders, the app no longer takes orders at this location, customers can no longer use the reward points earned.
