Worst Popeyes I ever went to! My order was incorrect on top of overcooked/hard tenders that I waited 20 minutes for. Please actually hire employees who want to do their job and pay attention to detail! Good customer service matters!
We waited too long at the counter without being waited on. We didn't stay. I did use the bathroom and it was disgusting and this was at 11:15 in the morning.
I recently visited the Popeyes at 10002 Two Notch Road in Columbia South Carolina. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we ordered our food to the time we enjoyed it in the clean lobby, everything exceeded our expectations. We visited on the evening of September 29th and the four staff members on duty were all working really hard. ONLY CARES ABOUT DOOR DASH!!! Ordered 1 family meal in the drive thru. I was told they needed 15 min to make more chicken. I sat patiently next to the drive thru watching car after car leave with thier orders. After a half an hour I went in to get my money back and they were completing door dash orders that had just been placed. The shift lead was mad about handing out napkins and told the lady at the drive thru to "be stingy with them" "only two" she said. Place had flour all over the floor.
