I have been a customer at this location for several years; however, service has recently declined. Although the posted closing time is 1:00 AM, the location has been closing earlier. On a recent visit at 12:30 AM, there were two vehicles ahead of me in the drive-thru. When it was my turn to be served, I was told the location was closed. I was unable to reverse out and had to wait until the vehicles in front of me completed their orders. When I reached the payment window, the employee walked away without acknowledgment. I went in to use a gift card that I was given to come here, which I never typically come here and thought I’d try it again. Well after she rung up my order and I swiped my gift card it said on the screen approved and let me know the balance left on it which was 0. I only had a $1 left I needed to pay and she tried telling me that the entire payment was declined and I still owed what I already swiped my card for.
