I used to go to this location often since it's about the same distance to the Popeyes in Catonsivlle on route 40. I stopped going to this location because customer service has gone down significantly and the food quality went down as well. I usually order from the app since they have deals. I order 5 minutes before pick-up and the last few times I went, I either get chicken that's old or just sitting out. Whenever I go to the Catonsville location, it's always fresh and warm. I ordered boneless wings, but was given irregular bone-in pieces instead. The chicken had an unpleasant odor and a fishy taste, making it completely inedible. Three of us tried it, and all of us noticed the same issue. The appearance was also concerning — the color was dull, the texture was uneven, and there were dark brown areas around the bone.
