The worst service. My order has to be corrected everything I go there. The air conditioner was not working on one of the hottest days. The employees behave as if you are bothering them when your order needs to be corrected.
I ordered 12 bone in wings and was charged for 12 pieces of chicken. Didn't realize the charge was too high at first. Cashier was unable to print my receipt because it ran out paper. I was unable to get a receipt or an order. 6/30 at 8:35 pm EST.
We waited 28 minutes (!!!) at 3:15 pm in the drive trough with only 4 cars ahead of us. The staff appeared to move in extra slow motion, and on top of everything they got our drink orders wrong. I’m done with this place, what a disgrace
I’m very disappointed about this visit today my order didn’t have what I ordered the chicken was Burt , and it wasn’t what I ordered. So I won’t be coming back to that restaurant again. 🤬 didnt want to even give a rating
