I thought this was going to be my permanent Popeyes but I guess I was wrong. I'm so tired of the food not being fresh for the amount of money we pay. I asked for extra sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich that I know they charged me extra for so why was a pea size drip of sauce on my sandwich. At this point it's best for me to stick with the good side of town if I want to be satisfied.
Chicken was dry and the wait was forever.
I’m not sure what the issue is here, but for some reason they are unable to crank out more than one sandwich per 20 minutes in the drive through line, and they have everyone that pays pull around the front of the building to wait for an unbelievable, undisclosed amount of time. We were sitting in front of the building for nearly 30 minutes waiting on our food, which we never even got before we had to leave.
