Tables were dirty. No napkins or condiments stocked in the lobby. Slow service, employees were standing around.
Check your order before leaving. Ordered 5 piece chicken. Checked order before leaving they gave me 4 pieces of chicken. Wasn't apologetic just said I'm not sure why she gave you 4. Lousy customer service.
Went through the drive thru I ordered BBQ wings got plain dry wings Ordered red beans and rice didnt get it & I paid extra for it Biscuit was burned so not edible I also didnt get a receipt when I paid so ... yea not worth the $21 I paid
I absolutely love every other Popeyes. Please let me know when new management is hired. A little while back I payed for food online and when I came to pick it up the customer entrance was locked, The employee out back told me and several other customers who had paid for food that we were out of luck and would have to email corporate to request a refund. I haven't returned to Popeyes ever since.
