This was a very frustrating experience at this location today. I placed a mobile order through the app and was notifed that it was ready for pick up. I get there and let the first person at the drive thru speaker know my name and that this was a mobile order. She seems confused and asksled for what exactly I ordered. I let her know and she says to pull up to the window. I get to the pick up window and the male working leans out of the window and is staring at me. Doesn't say anything just staring at me. Now I know that no-one goes to Popeyes for great service but this location takes the cake. If you walk inside the people there refuse to take your order at the desk and refer you to the kiosk. That would be fine if it wasn’t almost empty inside and outside. The constant attitudes are insane. They will absolutely leave you standing there for however long they deem necessary. They over charge my food.. supposed to be 11 dollars and change.. but they changed 14 and change.. they hardly give receipts.
Not today many English speaking ppl. Order thru machine, You have to always check your food. They never have no honey
