Waited in drive thru line about 15 minutes to pick up my online order. When I looked in the bag the sauces and pie were missing. They gave them to me , driving home I bit into my pie and it's the wrong one. I go back, wait in drive thru line another 15 minutes. The manager tells the guy at the windows they don't have any strawberry pies, I ask for refund, then guy rudely says pull up it's a 7 minute wait to make some. They sometimes forget a side
This unacceptable; when is construction, should be shut down; money over everything I guess and dust on food
Everytime I use uber eats pick up from this location there is ALWAYS bad customer service. They are remodeling the inside they should also remodel the staff and get new people with BETTER customer service. I was told rudely to pull forward just for the big back manager to talk to her flat back nieces all in the road stopping me from pulling forward correctly.
