Employees were awesome. Friendly and efficient. Store was clean. Food was at best meh..... Lemonade was horrible.

Called to verify they still carried a menu item and the fella who answered the phone was super kind and polite! Kindness is lacking more often then not.

It's started with a demonic speaker, sounds like five nights a Freddy's, asking if I used the app and want to order chicken or something. Hard to understand. But then a person does hop on and takes the order. Ordering was easy and good. Food i will say was mid. The chicken was good but my fries were definitely old and stale. Kinda warm but not much. Still would go back but probably not get fries fries. Partner got 3 piece spicy with mash potatoes. Her chicken was good as well but did not like the gravy. Overall i'd go again

Well apparently the folks do not know one piece of chicken from another. I ordered and paid upcharges for specific pieces based on what my family will eat. Everyone only eats a certain parts but did we get what I ordered. No. Will think twice about going back.

Staff was not welcoming. I ordered 12 pieces spicy mixed since they didn't have 12 pieces ready (with the old chicken that had been sitting a while) they told me I had to get a nonspicy...I clarified then they made it not a very friendly attitude. I ask for a refund they said they could only give me one if I had a reason. I said paying 45.00 for food I could not get and old food. The worse experience even the manager. They said they would make it fresh. Who wants to eat food and you have an attitude.
