Terrible they got my order all the way messed up and they don't answer the phone also I never got my money back
The store manager, Gabriella, was extremely dismissive and rude when I asked a simple question about correcting an app order. When my order was later made incorrectly, she remade it but offered no apology and was unwilling to address the inconvenience in any way. One of the employees actually apologized on her behalf, which speaks volumes about the situation. I hope corporate reviews the customer service standards at this location.
