I visited Popeyes on July 2, and Janae helped me in the drive-thru. She was absolutely wonderful! Her kindness and positive attitude completely turned my day around and even made me forget the bad day I was having. She truly seems to enjoy helping customers, and it shows in the way she treats people. Her warm, genuine smile is unforgettable, and her outstanding customer service made my visit memorable. They been fairly good to me i may had 1 or 2 bad orders out if like 40 rest where above expectations
The service was great and the workers were nice The food was amazing and tasted really good and the quality was great.
Will never be back to this location again! Wife went to pick up 5 dinners to bring home for family and after having to pull out and wait when she got home 3 of the 5 dinners were missing. I called and talked to the so called mangager that never one time acted like they cared at all ever apologized. Wife drove back over there to get the rest of the order and was treated badly and said they treated her like they thought we were lying about it.
