I was disappointed twice in a row and called to let the manager know my complaints. James the general manager saved this place from a bad review!! Corrected and apologized for the mistake made on my order. Great manager! The employee with the ‘Bobby’ hair clip was also very nice and helped me as well!
My last visit was a very big disappointment. I ordered a tenders family meal and almost everything was either cold or tasted like it had been sitting all day. The fries were the worst which I usually like most times. But in this instance the fries were so cold and tasted like they were a day old. The tenders were cold as well. So upset because we waited for our food and I'm okay with waiting but then why was everything so cold and old. Very unhappy and I will not be going back for this.
If you want hot, fresh food and exactly what you ordered, do NOT come here. Fries were cold to the touch, sandwiches were not spicy as ordered and one 6pc wing order was completely wrong. If you can help it, find food elsewhere.
The original chicken sandwich is insanely good the spicy chicken sandwich is so delicious
