Server was rude
I had a very disturbing experience at this Popeyes today. While I was ordering, a homeless man came into the restaurant, started touching my arm, and repeatedly tried to talk to me. I was so frightened that I literally jumped, yet the staff made no attempt to intervene or even check if I was okay afterward. They simply stood there and acted completely indifferent. This experience has made me seriously question the safety of this location and whether customers can expect any support from staff when something like this happens... read more
