Av was fantastic. You don't expect that level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. If you don't give him a promotion at least give him a raise. He went above and beyond. This is an employee any company would do everything they can to retain.
I ordered two family meals, 10 pieces of chicken, five biscuits and two large sides. The chicken itself was not good, tasteless and had a funny smell to it. Very few people ate it. The sides were good and the biscuits were good but the main part of the meal was very undesirable UPDATE: I WANT TO THANK THE MANAGEMENT AT POPEYES WHO HAVE OFFERED A CREDIT ON A MEAL TO MAKE UP FOR THE EXPERIENCE I HAD PREVIOUSLY. THANK YOU FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE
more pickles on the chicken sandwiches....or at least make it an option for skip/uber orders. heck, even allow a side of pickles platter. those pickles are tasty
