Came through drive thru 8/28/26 2:20pm the drive thru was closed but there was no sign posted and there was no one to answer the speaker to notify the customers. Went inside the shift manager and another employee had on headsets but wasn’t using them to asker the drive thru.
Tell me why theres a 8-12 minute wait on my mobile order when i was notified that it was done… the employees are rude towards white people and they always seem to give white people the worst service for no reason. Unfortunately this seems to be the case at EVERY Popeyes in the area.
Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with unsweetened tea witch is on there menu got to to drive through window she handed me a tea took one sip of it and it was sweet tea . So I told her I ordered unsweetened tea and she said they don’t make that. So I asked for a water instead just a cup of water nothing fancy so I gave her my credit card back so she could refund me the 17 dollars that she charged the first time and when she wanted me credit card back I asked her how much it’s going to be ?
