Saniya the manager on duty at the time was extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. After placing a mobile order for drive thru pickup she stated I had to wait 15 minutes and come inside because it wasn’t ready. I decided to cancel my order because I’m pregnant and felt it was an inconvenience especially since they were slow. To my surprise, the was a very lovely experience this visit! Drive thru wasn't working so I had the pleasure of doing take out...store was clean, crew was so helpful and pleasant, customer service was awesome, and the food was nice and fresh. My order was COMPLETELY correct the first time and the crew even made me and my daughter's order so special unexpected :) This location is definitely like day and night, as to where I'd rather visit during the day to ensure I have this same experience again. They are the rudest folks working customer service. I don’t visit often….. but when I do it is the biggest turn off. Eric do my very best to stay away from this location.
