Went to the drive-thru this afternoon to grab a chicken sandwich and the girl told me to hold on. I waited for 3 minutes and asked her if it's better to come inside. No response. I go park my car and go inside and no one is available to help at the counter. There's no one in the kitchen. What a joke ..
2nd time this month and my order gets messed up. When I try to contact them or talk to someone I get the run around. 1st time order the family meal that comes with sides and didn't get along with the spicy wings that came plain. 2nd time order spicy wings again and asked if I can get the sauce its supposed to come with and came plain again.
