Asst manager Robin was so professional and sweet. She explained to me in such a nice way about the survey and exhibited the upmost customer service of 5 stars!!! Now, however Sharon was awful. It is not what you say but how you say it. She should know better.
Hands down best Popeyes! Staff and management was so nice. Had mishap with order and staff was so nice didn't act as if I was bothering them unlike the ponchatoula location which is always rude
Lunch time no wait. Wish they start lunch at 10am
