Staff was very nice!!
There were two cars in the drive-through line My car and the one behind me. The way this Very rude woman Rushed me through my order Was unnecessary, but I don’t know about what’s going on with the online orders or the line that may be inside the restaurant so I let it go. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The coleslaw we were served was completely frozen, clearly not prepared or stored properly and to make matters worse, we discovered a long, brown hair in it while eating. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue that I find completely unacceptable. I expect much better from an establishment that serves food to the public, and I will not be returning until this is properly addressed.
My entire order was wrong. Ordered a ghost pepper sandwich combo and was given just a regular chicken sandwich. Was not given the fries. Also ordered three piece tender combo spicy. The tenders were not spicy. Was not giving any Sauce. Was not giving any straws for the drink. Also, I was not given any honey for the biscuit. Overall, this was just a waste of money because this is not what I paid for.
I’m not sure if this place has gone under new management. I’ve been going to it for a good while cus it’s only 3 mins from where I live. And I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the service and quality of the food. I most order take out from the app but the few times I’ve dined in the lobby has always been nicely cleaned.
