They didbt give me cola then i asked to get it again after i moved i started with the chicken rap which was i swear very cold one minute after i passed through the drive through
Worst customer service ever!!! I was in line in drive through for over 30mins, I left! People in the line where also leaving. Honestly get better employees or shut this place down no reason to keep it open if yall are not gonna even attend your customers!
Customer service is a joke at this place. Dinning area and kitchen dirty and unsanitary, and the workers are just as dirty and unsanitary with extremely disrespectful attitudes. Whoever owns or is in charge of this location should be ashamed of themselves. No need to respond with that ai response Popeyes we know corporate will not do anything and honestly they don’t care about us as customers.
They really need to have corporate come up here and re-evaluate things and how it’s being ran. Because all these bad reviews are crazy! This is my second time coming here and I literally have been waiting a whole hour. And I can’t even leave because I’m boxed in the drive thru. I’m literally getting light headed from not being able to get fast food ! Like that’s the whole point of coming and going to a drive thru. I even ordered ahead of time.
I have been here twice asked for WINGS AND DRUMS ONLY. Paid the uncharged price get to work 6 miles away and it’s not what I ordered or paid for. Big guy had an attitude. Never with a female at the window
