Made an order on the app and went to go get the food only to be told to cancel my order with no explanation. Wasn’t able to cancel order on the Popeyes app or get the refund back. Terrible service
Takes 45 minutes for an online order only for my order to be wrong and missing items.
You could tell the worker didn’t want to be there. 7 min at the window before she took my order and didn’t say a word about it. Out of coke and Dr Pepper. No straw
This restaurant SUCKS, every time ive come here they were somehow magically closed even when their store hours say open. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be disappointed that they are in fact closed.
