Bad service order wrong took 20 minutes to get my order and it was still wrong
Got order completely wrong…drove home went back and wrong….tried to give two mashed potatoes and hand us back the bag…no..it’s not what we ordered…pieces of chicken not tenders….if I could give a negative number I would
Ordered off the app and it took TWO HOURS to even know where my food was, no updates, no confirmation, just a receipt saying I paid. ON TOP OF waiting two hours for 8 pieces of chicken when I called to ask what was happening with my order, not only was I hung up on, BUT whoever was working had the nerve to disconnect the line. If unprofessionalism was a sport this place would be number 1 every time
This is the only location that we go to so we generally have to settle for piss poor service and incorrect orders majority of the time. Today I checked Google and it said this location opens at 10am. Cool we’re in the area so we stop by and pull in at 10:03am. So it’s now 10:10am and we see an employee and I ask hey are you guys open and he says yea.
