Ladies restroom is horrible. Floor is dirty, sticky and some spots are greasy. Smells.
I drive for Door Dash and Uber Eats. I really don't like taking an order from this Popeyes. Customer service attendants do not acknowledge you are there. They are on their phones, looking around like they gave nothing to do. There is absolutely no communication and customers have to wait forever. The manager is great, but he really needs his employees to step up!

I’m sharing this in hopes of improving the experience for future customers. During my visit I presented a valid coupon at the register. The employee scanned it but do not explain whether it was applied and proceeded to charge me full price without acknowledgment or clarification. The interaction felt dismissive and confusing Coupons influence where customers choose to spend their money, a clear communication is essential.
