This review is mostly for the manager Robert,, he was very professional and polite dealing with terribly rude customers/ loiterers,, they bought nothing and where cussing at him and he stayed calm and handled it very well. Employees seem polite whenever I’m there.
My last experience was terrible and I’m always hearing about how trash this Popeyes is and the company won’t do sh*t about it
Miss Elena is awesome. She really listen to me and make sure I had my food fresh with no attitude. She made sure everything was right and together she definitely needs a promotion kudos to her for being the best employee. You really made my experience so much better. She even went out of her way to tell me congratulations on my first day of college and you can tell she was genuine. I really appreciate that as a consumer.
I will never return to this Location this has to be the worse Popeyes in Las Vegas. First I order my food in the drive through ordered two 8 piece shrimp ask if it could be made fresh. Get to the window the young black guy apparently he didn’t look happy because he thought I ordered 5 8 piece shrimp. Then he tells me go around the front of the store and somebody will bring my food out I drive around its 7:00 pm I’m waiting waiting it’s almost 8:00 I see other customers who got there after me getting food complaining about me... read more
They continuously messed up orders and not pack items like ACTUAL signatuee chicken that I ordered.
