I went the Popeyes located at 2445 Cherry Road ordered at drivethru handed the money to the cashier she handed my food a gentleman came to the drive thru window told me they didn't have any cash so we had to pay by card which I chose not to I asked him why was not any signs put up stating they are accepting cards only no cash, who failed to go to the bank and order enough cash to be able to run the store and he asked for the food back after I had started to eat the food me and my granddaughter after spending $14 I felt like ... read more
Came twice this week and both times they were “out of chicken.” No customers in the lot or in the drive-through. Six PM, and the restaurant that only sells chicken is out of chicken. Seems like poor management to me. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump and go next door to the Bojangles. They have a nicer drive-through, faster service and better prices. Surprised this Popeyes is still in business.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place sucks. We waited for 30 minutes. They refused to give anyone food. Asked for a refund after waiting forever. They refused. Do not come here.
We ordered our food 22 minutes ago. Nothing. The car behind us is also waiting. We went inside, order isn’t even ready yet so we asked to cancel and requested a refund. They’re saying they aren’t allowed to refund our money??? Don’t come here. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews before ordering to save myself this waste of time. Will be contacting corporate.
