Food is disgusting! Biscuits are old and brick form, coleslaw has a heavy texture and tastes spoiled, and chicken is 2/10 stale. Tae (Manager) is rude! This location should close down, this is food preparation neglect! Customer service is extremely poor! The girl that took my order on 3/13 at around noon time was rude and had me wait long to place my order, only one car ahead of me. She had extreme attitude! Enough said and never again! Update 3/8/26 Waited 1hr+ for an online order. I placed the order 30 minutes before i arrived to the store and waited another 40 minutes once i got there. I understand being understaffed but this was another level of incompetence. Staff being rude and yelling at each other. They should close this store, I will not be coming back.
LITERALLY FELT PLASTIC PAPER ON CHEESE, EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE SMOKING WEED AND JUST BAD MOUTHING. JUST AN EMBARRASSMENT.
