Huge shout out to the drive thru employee. First we live in Enfield and our Popeyes is awful every time we go but I love Popeyes so we travel to the Popeyes in Windsor Locks. Today was a awesome there. I asked for 4 BBQ sauce because I love that sauce. We had to pull forward and had to wait a bit but the awesome employe apologized and he even gave me two extra sauces. It was hot and awesome and it is a drive but we won't go anywhere else. I am sorry I didn't get the employees name but he was awesome.
The chicken looks like it was from yesterday, the service was so-so, the lady at the cashier gives off a bad attitude vibes and gave back the change of money wrong amount. We gave 100 dollars for a 50 dollar meal, and only gave us 40, missing 9. We noticed something was wrong the moment she gave the change to us, we didn’t even say how much it was missing and she knew right away and gave us the 9 dollars back.
