Came to this Popeyes for a simple order, the cashier was nice, however the manager «Fernando» was super mean and unfriendly. My order that’s was supposed to be only few minutes unfortunately took a while. When asking questions, the manager said with a mean face If you don’t want to wait you can leave. I was there picking up my order since 10:30 and it was not ready.I spoke to the “manager” a Hispanics female and she act like she didn’t know what was I talking about.she was extremely rude very unprofessional and her customer service was totally unacceptable.I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone.
Food has always been great. The review is to let the business owner know that you need additional workers at this location. The service is so slow and the demand is really high, especially during lunch time.
