This Popeyes is the worst. They make it very difficult to use coupons, and are rude. The whole family who owns it seems to have the same attitude.
Mashed potatoes were literally frozen with pool of gravy on top. Mac/cheese was luke warm and powdery tasting. Biscuits tasted like soap absorbed in them. FYI: This location in Marysville near Sonic is hit or miss. But has never been this bad. Make sure to always check order though. On large chicken orders they will sometimes miscount to their credit.
Ain't no way yall gonna be that rude, charging THOSE prices for fast food chicken, just to give me crunchy bits and call them strips. I know this is a family ran establishment, you'd think you'd care a bit more about your reputation then that. Do not go here.
DO NOT use your cards through their drive through for an employee to swipe. I'm pretty sure they have a card skimmer (best case scenario in my claim) - I am 99.99% certain of this because the card I used yesterday at 3:31pm is primarily used for automatic billing purposes. This morning at 3:34am, my bank notified me that they denied a $440 charge in Michigan.
