I went to this location and ordered a chicken tender meal with a side of their mashed potatoes... I did drive thru as I was on my lunch break.. I realized that there were no mashed potatoes in my bag so I went back to the restaurant with the food to show them I didn't get the mashed potatoes and requested them, I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted the potatoes. Well I spent 6 hrs. In the ER today then stopped at smokey point location today.I ordered the #1 combo paid for it. I asked for the restroom code a employee comes out after taking a crap. Ohh smells awful did not wash his hands! No way will I ever visit again. No paper towels, just the air blower.Even though there is instructions on how to properly wash for employee's. I had to refuse the food and ask for my money back. So if you don't want #2 with your #1 don't eat there! Gross!
