Every time I visit the Popeyes in Phenix City on HWY 80, they never have chicken ready. They always want you to wait for 20 minutes or more. When you ask why they never have any chicken ready, they just laugh. This place is ridiculous!!
Great customer service with great food.
Everyone seems lost in their job. Management is not very good.
