Always great food
Made an online order today at 8:17pm. Sent my son to pick it up. He waited for the food 50 minutes. At one point they brought out a partial order and came back 10 minutes later and took it back “per manager’s orders” in the meantime, multiple customers who arrived after he did received their food and left. When he got home with the food, we were missing part of the order fries and apple pie were missing. The food was also cold.
The spicy chicken and fries were greasy. Either they didn’t drain long enough, or they were cooked and let sit, then dunked back into the grease to make them hot again. The biscuits seemed to be missing butter. They didn’t have much flavor, were dry, and then gummy. What a shame. I rarely eat fast food (this is partly why), but when I have a taste for popeyes in the future, I’ll go to a better location.
