Ordered boneless wings in the drive thru. I had to pull up past the windows so they could cook the boneless, keep in mind this is at 12:30 pm!! Middle of lunchtime. Got home and the boneless wings were huge but not cooked all the way through. Couldn't eat my lunch.
This location has gone downhill fast. Last Sunday, I ordered through the app and had someone pick it up for me. There were two orders. I've done it plenty of times before never had an issue until this time. They missed a whole meal and made us pull around to wait for the second order like it was being made fresh. None of the food was fresh btw. When I noticed that the meal was missing, I called the store to see if I could let them know and return to get it.
