Daven had good customer service he was nice too
No potatoes!!! Really!! Your crew on Sunday evening is terrible. I am so mad. I’ve been working all day and didn’t want to cook just get take out. No gravy. Not happy! I hope you do something about this location in Keller, Tx. Also hire people who speak plan and simple ENGISH!!!!
Usually I order my food on delivery app. Sometimes my order keeps changing delivery person when they actually got there and I have no idea until yesterday. My first time order on Popeyes App for pick up and went to the restaurant and they are closed for maintenance. I look up on Google and Apple map all showing open and their app able to take order. It was truly unbelievable. I stood there with only one person in front of me and it took 30 minutes just to put in my order. That one person working the drive through and the front. The place is dirty and my food was cold. If you're wanting to get popeyes, try another location
