Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was fresh and excellent.
Waited 40 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. Then stood at the door attempting to get assistance, and despite staff clearly hearing me knock, no one responded. I was ultimately forced to walk to the window just to be acknowledged. This level of service is unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. If customers are expected to wait that long, the very least that can be done is ensure accuracy and basic responsiveness.
Purchased 5 piece Chicken Tenders. It was more like one piece of chicken tender, that was sliced into five flat pieces one inch long. This was the second Popeyes I received these flat pancake chicken tenders. If you have to change the chicken because of cost, fine, just change the name. I would like to know what I'm getting, so maybe call them mini pancake chicken pcs.
The only good thing here is as the fried chicken. The sides are horrible. The Mac and cheese was brownish in color and tasted horrible. Sad especially due to high prices
