My family went in for a quick dinner. It happened to be 20 minutes wait for a quick dinner. I learned in the hard way not to do mobile order. In order to use coupon, my husband was told to use phone order by the lady who was working there. He did it quickly and whole time he waited at the counter. All employees knew my husband waited there for 20 minutes. He asked the lady again. Then she gave us someone else’s order. There was his order ticket hanging. Got the wrong order. I ordered chicken tenders and got chicken thighs instead.
Absolutely the slowest fast food place in the world took over 15 minutes to get an order never coming to this Popeyes again. Maybe I just stick to chick fila at least they have good service
