Last few times the mild chicken has no taste. Meaning no seasoning taste bland. Also I order 16 piece mixed which I got 8 drumstick, 5 thighs and 3 breast and no wings. I thought 16 piece mixed was 4 pieces of each. Just thought I let you know I will not be returning.
I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s always the same disappointing experience. The food I want is never available — every time I visit, they’re out of basic items on the menu. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and act like you’re bothering them just by ordering. Honestly, it’s one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and it’s the same every visit. Definitely not worth the time or money.
Horrible customer service. Made me wait for half hour in drive through. Terrible experience!
