I went through the Popeyes drive-thru twice, and both times they didn’t have food ready to serve. They told me I had to wait 15 minutes which makes no sense for a place that is supposed to be fast food. It feels like the owner/management really doesn’t care about customers. If anyone is planning to stop by here, be aware that they often don’t have food available. They keep saying they’re out of one item after another. Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a 3 piece tenders with fries and a large Red Beans and Rice. I was asked to pull up near the trashcan because there was going to be a 3 minute wait on the chicken. Ok. No worries. Hot food is always a plus. It took more than 3 minutes, but no worries. I was headed back to work and just thought I'd start eating my fries before they get cold. By far one of the worst locations to get a special on a Tuesday . The chicken was sloppy , too much breading and undercooked breading still raw. Had no choice and get a refund
