service at popeyes San Marcos Texas on 1-35 and creek side is the worst. Rude,ignorant and obviously on drugs. They look like crack heads and royally messed my order up. Saw the drive thru cashier with no Mask .And the Manager looked strung out and his eyes very red.I would not suggest this popeyes to anyone.Ill drive to Austin next time.
It’s sad when you order a 5pc tenders and all you get is bread crumbs.
Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes then another 15 in line to get to the window to find out they had lost my order. Terribly run store. I’d drive to austin to get popeyes before i went to this store.
They are the slowest fast food chain in the world. I sit at the order menu after being told to wait for 5-10 mins with no one in front of me. A line builds behind me, ppl begin to leave after the 5 minute mark. They know i am here...they told me to wait. Why even be open at the rate. Losing all their customers because I wont be back. (afterwaiting 11 mins at the menu)

I went to this Popeyes at 9:36 and the entire crew and manager looked at me through locked doors and shut out the light.
Rudest people on earth. I will never do business with this location again.
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. My chicken was undercooked and bleeding . It's a grate place is you like rude employees and food poisoning. ���.
