Worst service ever!!! Employees and Managers were talking about us in spanish after we went in to tell them our order was wrong. To their surprise we knew spanish and they got really hostile and ugly even blamed us and said it was our fault "for not knowing how to order"
Everything about my meal was not what I asked for. The drinks were flat so had to try a few different drinks, wrong side, leftover shrimp crunchies instead of actual shrimp, mild instead of spicy tenders and only one sauce for 2 meals. I understand having an off day but nearly everytime I attempt to give them another try, there's something wrong. And none of the employees had gloves on or wore masks appropriately.
Beware ordering here. My husband used their app to preorder $50 worth of food. He gets there to pick it up, and they tell him that they are out of almost everything we wanted and offered no substitutes or refund. They told him to take it up with corporate and shut the window in his face. Never again will we visit this location.

Just over an hour before their 11 pm closing and they are out of chicken and not making anymore.
Today was my last time to go to this location. Filthy floors, had to wait 15 minutes for food, rude employee, and from what i could see of the cooking area was filthy. This is the case more often than not. There's a clean KFC across the street.
