Always problems when you go there. Today I went and they had the 5 dollar Tackle box on the road sign so I ordered one. They said they didn't have it anymore. To keep a customer happy they could have just made me one but they don't care. Anyway I ordered something else with a Sweet tea and they gave me a unsweetened tea. The other day I ordered a Sweet Tea and they said they didn't have any. Very poor management at the Rome location.

They was out of ketchup, popcorn ship and cocktail sauce. When we had was good.
Always out of items. No Diet Coke, No fries. No onion rings. No chicken!What's going on - poor management or not paying their food vendors?

went yesterday and the mgr was short and rude. the potatoes were cool and had been sitting a while. they had no salt ??? huh yep they didnt have any salt to season the food. yep think i will stick to churches and kfc. what a disappointment Popeyes
Went in and never got acknowledged, stood at counter, front person never tried to take our order and walked around like we weren’t even there.
The manager was super rude and blamed everyone but herself for her own mistakes. All the customers in there at the time were bothered by her attitude as well and that is horrible for a newer location rebuild
No I do not recommend this at all unless of course you like ice cold fries. I ordered a #6 with cole slaw and fries. I thought since they just opened. It would be great but no it was horrible I was very dissatisfied. Didn't mind the 30 minute wait but cold fries assure that I will not be back
